BUDGET: Have you ever had a clear picture of what the needs of the organization were - and had taken into account all essential aspects of cost, risk, return, etc. - but couldn't get the approval to proceed?

Join us in March with a small group of IT Executives to discuss and analyze communication tactics that should help improve your success in getting what you want with your Top Level Decision Makers.

Objective: Stimulate thinking of how you work with your executive decision makers and what you might do differently to help the organization progress. The goal of the discussion is that you leave with one or more ideas to implement.

Gregory has attained a level of knowledge on how the Board and CEO are looking at profits, growth and leverage and what needs to be communicated through other divisions within an organization to support these type of decisions.
